Dustin Ailport, the CEO of Water Way Solutions, was one of the founding members to create the company and he had a vision to start a service company in the Oil & Gas industry, providing superior quality service, as well as providing innovative products to the industry. Ailport said he and his team assembled a team of talented, experienced personnel and paired them with brand new equipment to enter the market.

Mr. Ailport said that he has surrounded himself with talented individuals that are capable of providing quality input, experience, and many other positive attributes. “Any time I can provide an opportunity for people to work together as a team and accomplish goals and work in safe environments, that’s what I enjoy. And that’s what we do.”

Mr. Ailport is an entrepreneur with many different interests and hobbies. He is active in his community, serving on the Town of Glenrock Planning and Zoning Board, the Converse County Planning and Zoning Board, the Glenrock Rec Center Board, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming Board of Directors.

Personally, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf but, more than anything, he enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Lexie have two daughters together: Riley and Brynley. Ailport says, above all, he exists to be a faithful follower of Christ and a dedicated husband and father to his wife and daughters.
